Eligibility Criteria

Qualification:

• Member of a recognized body of Professional Accountants
• Member of a recognized body of Corporate or Chartered Secretaries
• MBA/M.Com/LLB from HEC recognized University with at least 5 years relevant experience

Experience:

1. Minimum 10 years experience of Public/Private Sector company in similar or equivalent position.
2. Well conversant with Company Laws, Corporate Governance Rules & other relevant Statutes.
3. Well-versed with SOE Act-23, SECP Rules & Regulations.
4. Excellent oral and written communication skills to contribute to the company.
5. Conducting meetings like BoD, AGM in accordance with Corporate Governance Rules.
6. Proficient in writing, presentations and preparation of Agenda, Books & Working Papers for meetings.
